How to Register Your Group

  • TO REGISTER BY EMAIL / FAX: Download the Group Registration Form. Complete one form per registrant and email the completed forms to sam@dataversity.net or fax to +1-310-388-1115. Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.
  • TO REGISTER ONLINE: Contact Samantha Taylor at +1-310-337-2616 x7 or by email at sam@dataversity.net for instructions to register your team online.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations received by September 6 are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between September 7 and September 20 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received September 21 or later will not be entitled to any refund. Email: sam@dataversity.net should you have any questions.

 

On-Site Registration Fee

 

After October 3, you must register on-site and pay an additional $100 on-site registration fee.
